Job summary

SCR is seeking a Registered Manager to lead the establishment of a new children’s home in Leicestershire. You will work closely with the Responsible Individual to drive the registration and set up the service, ensuring full compliance before opening.

The role requires proven experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care (or a strong Deputy ready to step up) and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care or readiness to step up from a deputy role.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.
• Experience leading registrations and service development.
