As Registered Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a children's home shaping it from the very start. You'll build your own team, establish the culture and practice from day one, and create a safe, consistent home where our young person can feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
Working closely with Nottinghamshire County Council and CAMHS, you'll play a key role in helping a young person build resilience, develop positive relationships, engage in education and make safe choices.
As part of our collaborative partnership with CAMHS, you will receive regular clinical supervision and dedicated ongoing support. This an ideal opportunity for someone with a background or interest in children's mental health to further develop their experience while delivering the highest quality care and creating positive outcome for children and young people.

You will be leading in a newly commissioned home for up to 2 young people who need a dedicated space to benefit from our therapeutic model, enabling them to develop confidence and resilience, build healthy relationships, stay engaged in learning, and make positive choices.
