Career Makers are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to join a small, specialist Learning Disability & Autism care home for adults based in Liverpool. You will lead the service, ensuring safe, person-centred care and compliance with CQC standards.

The role offers a supportive team and development opportunities, with a salary of £43,442 per annum plus benefits such as holidays, DBS check, meals, pension, and parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability and Autism care setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with CQC standards.
• Support, develop, and motivate the care team to provide outstanding person-centred support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, audits, and continuous service improvements to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
