Role Overview

You will oversee a team of childcare practitioners and promote excellent standards of practice. You will guide the team in their implementation to achieve better quality of care and life for our young people. Our vision is for every young person who lives with us to experience a safe, happy and nurturing present and a future that is filled with hope and optimism. You will contribute to this by leading, managing and supporting practitioners to demonstrate achievement of performance and activity targets, embedding a culture of mindful and continuous improvement, ensuring any people and performance matters are speedily dealt with and that practice and culture is continuously reviewed and challenged.
