As a Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage a 2-bed therapeutic children's home.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position will have:

• At least 2 years' experience in a residential children’s home within the last 5 years.
• A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Level 3 Diploma (or higher) in Children and Young People.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (completed or in progress).
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and Ofsted regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team support skills.
• A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Must be 21+ years of age due to regulatory requirements.
