Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Registered Manager for Rose Farm House in Ramsgate, Kent. You will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing budgets, quality, compliance and delivering outstanding care while guiding your team.

The role requires an L5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent, managerial experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to inspire others. We offer development opportunities, contributory pension, PMI, flexible benefits, and relocation support.

Description

Rose Farm House is located in Ramsgate, in Kent, on the Thanet coastline. It provides residential support for five people who are autistic or have a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Our team are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to reach their potential and achieve fantastic outcomes that enable them to progress onto their own home in the community.

As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.
