Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Registered Manager (Maternity Cover) for The Lodge in Highbridge, Somerset. The role leads the home’s operation, budgets, and compliance, delivering outstanding care to residents with a focus on person-centred approaches and team development.

You will oversee care plans, ensure safety and wellbeing, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for residents and their communities.

Compensation: £38,000 / year

Description

The Lodge is located in Highbridge, Somerset. The home offers residential support for 12 males and females who are autistic or have mental health needs. We are on a busy street, very close to the town centre, local amenities and public transport links.

Our team are dedicated to ensuring the people we care for are supported to live their best life, meeting their desired outcomes and goals.

As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.
