Job summary

Creative Support Dudley is seeking a dynamic Registered Service Manager to oversee three supported living services in the Dudley area. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality person-centred care, and foster wellbeing for people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

You will be visible, approachable and hands-on, shaping services through proactive leadership, staff development, and strong collaboration with families, communities and our mission to promote independence

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Registered Service Manager to oversee our supported living services in Stourbridge, Dudley. You'll be responsible for three unique services, each supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours of distress and complex care needs in the Dudley area.

Every person we support has their own story, strengths and aspirations, and we're looking for a manager who is visible, approachable and actively engaged in daily life across the services.
