Working pattern Flexible, including on-call responsibility.
Driving A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
DBS An enhanced DBS check is completed.
Training Ongoing professional development, including CQC and leadership training.

A day in the role
A mix of office, field and on‑call. The Registered Manager is reachable and involved not distant from the care being delivered.
Who we are looking for
Experience: Substantial experience in care management, including CQC-registered services.
Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is expected.
