Jupiter Recruitment in St Leonards is seeking a committed Registered Manager for a residential service supporting adults with Prader-Willi syndrome. You will lead a dedicated team to provide high-quality person-centred support.

The position offers an excellent salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum for a permanent full-time role. Employees will also enjoy generous benefits, including 28 days annual leave and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Previous managerial experience in a similar environment is required.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards necessary.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional residential service based in the St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is a residential service for people who have Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). We are able to support adults aged 18 years and over

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care

As the Registered Manager your key responsibilities include

• Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs
• You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care
• Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service
• Use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success

Salary and benefits
