Salary: £44,425.86 + up to £9,300 in bonuses
Job Type: Full-time | Hours: 40 per week
Home Size: 3-bed | Rural location

Join a market lead residential children’s services provider, as a Registered Manager at well-established home.

You’ll lead a team of 7 to 9 staff mebers, managing the day-to-day running of the home, driving positive outcomes for up to four young people, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in residential childcare, with 1+ year in a management role
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
• A positive, proactive approach with the ability to inspire and lead a team
• Full driving licence and business insurance required
• Occupancy bonuses (£175 per child beyond first)
• Ofsted bonuses: £500 (Good) / £1,000 (Outstanding)
• Non-contributory pension (9% employer contribution)
• On-call pay: £10 weekdays / £50 weekends
