This Registered Manager opportunity is part of an exciting new project launched by a well-established specialist mental health provider, with over 11 years of delivering high-quality therapeutic care to young people. Based in a newly acquired, purpose-ready home in Bradford, the role involves leading the setup and registration of a new 3-6 bed service for children aged 10–18 under Ofsted.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing compliance, team management, and quality care delivery, with extensive support from experienced colleagues. This is a fantastic chance to shape a new service from the ground up, with full backing from a team known for achieving Good and Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
The role offers clear progression pathways, including potential movement into a Responsible Individual or regional role, along with one-on-one support and mentorship. You’ll join a close-knit, values-led organisation with a family feel, strong clinical expertise, and a real commitment to staff development.
This full-time, permanent position offers a Monday to Friday schedule (09:00–17:00) with flexibility and participation in an on-call rota.
