Job summary

A leading children's home provider is seeking a dynamic Registered Children's Home Manager in Brackley. The role involves setting up a new 2-bedded home and building a strong team to provide support for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager
Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Salary: £46,781 per annum plus £10,000 bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Qualifications Required:

• QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience working in a Registered Children's Home setting in a supervisory role
• Thorough understanding of regulations and legislation within a Children's Home setting
• Ability to work closely with the Responsible Individual and key individuals within the strategic partnership
• Full UK Driving Licence
