SGS Care Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a new home in Brackley, focused on young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. This permanent position will involve setting up the home, recruiting staff, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations while making a significant difference in the lives of children.
Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager
Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Salary: £46,781 per annum plus £10,000 bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to set up and manage a brand-new 2-bedded children's home in Brackley. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building services from the ground up, including recruiting and developing a strong team. If you have a deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and a commitment to improving the lives of young people, we want to hear from you!
