What you’ll do
The role of the Registered Manager is to oversee the day-to-day activities and grow a successful care team who deliver personal care services to our service users. In managing the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the availability of suitably qualified care workers, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring all processes are followed, correctly controlled, and documented.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards internally, as well as with regulators and contract holders.
What you need
You should be an efficient, organized, and experienced manager passionate about providing the best community care, with a solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relevant to our services. Good budget, business management, and commercial skills are essential for success in this role.
