Action for Children is seeking a Registered Manager for our therapeutic children’s home in Kilburn on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for children with complex needs, while meeting regulatory requirements and driving high-quality care outcomes.
The role requires strategic leadership, safeguarding excellence, and collaboration with families and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.
Contract: Fixed Term – 12 Month Contract
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service.
