Action for Children in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland seeks a Registered Manager to lead the Rossorry Grove Supported Accommodation for 13 young people. You'll oversee day-to-day operations and deliver high-quality care in a safe, nurturing environment.
You may be an experienced Deputy Manager or Team Leader ready to step up, with strong leadership, safeguarding ethos, and a commitment to inclusive services for children with complex needs. We offer development opportunities and a supportive team.

Salary:£37,500 per annum.
Location:Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.
Contract/Hours:Permanent, (working 37 hours a week).

A bit about the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager/Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career, to join our establishedRossorry Grove Supported Accommodation in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland which offers supported accommodation for 13 young people.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated and experienced team, providing stability, strong leadership and high-quality care for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the supported accommodation, ensuring it continues to provide a safe, nurturing, and environment where children can thrive.
As Registered Manager, you'll inspire and support your team to achieve the very best outcomes for every child. You'll ensure the supported accommodation continues to meet all regulatory requirements, promotes a positive culture, and embeds best practice across every aspect of care. You will play a vital role in preparing them for their future endeavours.

Let's talk about you
Whilst a management qualification Level 5 would be great, we are open to those with experience in a management role within a residential/social care setting and we have a development programme to support your professional development.
Closing Date: Thursday 3rd September 2026.
Interviews will be undertaken week commencing 7th September 2026.
