Zusammenfassung

Agincare is seeking a Registered Manager for Supported Living Services to lead person‑centred care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will oversee service delivery, audit quality, and risk management, guiding teams to ensure independence, dignity and community inclusion.

You will partner with families, social workers and commissioners to drive outstanding support, maintain regulatory compliance and sustain service growth across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager is highly desirable.
• QCF Level 4 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Demonstrable knowledge of supported living services, person‑centred support and the CQC regulatory framework.
• Strong understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements.
• Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service and staff team.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance processes.

• Reviewing support arrangements and person‑centred plans to ensure they continue to meet individuals' changing needs, aspirations and outcomes.
• Working in partnership with families, advocates, social workers, healthcare professionals and commissioners to deliver outstanding support.
• Completing audits and quality assurance activities to monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring robust risk assessments and support plans are in place, balancing safety with positive risk‑taking and independence.
• Leading, developing and motivating your teams through effective recruitment, induction, supervision, training and performance management.
• Managing staffing resources across the services, ensuring safe staffing levels, effective rota management and contingency planning.
• Overseeing safeguarding, incident management, complaints and regulatory notifications, ensuring concerns are investigated promptly and lessons learned are embedded into practice.
• Maintaining strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholders while supporting the growth, sustainability and financial performance of the services.

Skills/Experience required:

• A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager is highly desirable.
• Management qualification at QCF Level 4 (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• QCF Level 4 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience working within Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Autism or Complex Care services.
• Demonstrable knowledge of supported living services, person‑centred support and the CQC regulatory framework.
• Strong understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager within a Supported Living, Learning Disability, Autism or Community‑Based Care service.
• Experience managing multiple services and dispersed teams.
• Experience working with commissioners, local authorities and other key stakeholders.
