Job summary

Field View Care Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly capable CQC Registered Manager for a 4-bed adult care home in Basildon (SS14). You will lead a care team to deliver safe, person-centred support for adults with autism and complex needs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

You will manage budgeting, safeguarding, audits and staff development, with on-call duties and strong links to commissioners and regulators.

Qualifications

• You will hold a QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma or equivalent.
• Senior leadership experience in a care setting for adults with autism and complex needs.
• Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS; patient-centered care.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• UK Driving Licence.

• Recruit, induct, supervise and develop staff while managing performance and training compliance.
• Manage staffing levels and participate in on-call rota to ensure safe service delivery.
• Monitor budgets, control expenditure and identify efficiencies while sustaining high standards.
• Build relationships with commissioners, local authorities and healthcare professionals.

Registered Manager CQC Manager required for an Adults Care home in Basildon Essex.SS14

We are looking for a flexible and versatile experienced CQC Registered Manager who will support our staff team to and ensure compliance, safety and quality.

Our home 4 bed residential care home that supports people with Autism and complex needs.It was renovated in 2024.

It boasts open communal spaces, sensory room, 2 kitchen and a lovely garden.

Professional Qualifications and Requirements for Registered Manager

• You will join us with a QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification, or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma
• You will have proven senior leadership or management experience in a care setting supporting adults with autism and complex needs.
• You will have comprehensive understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and person-centred care.
• You will be fully aware of CQC rules and regulations.
• Hold UK Driving Licence
