McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team at our new development, Violet Place in Bagshot.

Our Registered Managers can earn additional bonuses related to performance, paid quarterly. The highest earner last year received over £3,000.

Package: £40,068 plus benefits and career progression

Hours: 38.75 per week

Development Information:

Located on London Road, McCarthy & Stone plans to develop a range of stylish, modern Retirement Living PLUS properties in Bagshot, including 18 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom apartments with balconies.

About You:

• You are warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, caring deeply about the wellbeing of older people

• You have experience promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team
• You hold a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent management qualification in this sector
