Avon Search is recruiting a Registered Homecare Manager for Central Hampshire. This full-time, permanent role offers £35,000 to £40,000 per year and a 37.5-hour week, with the autonomy and support to shape a high-quality homecare service.

You’ll lead the service and team, drive high standards, and ensure outstanding, person-centred care while staying compliant with CQC expectations. Level 5 Diploma preferred and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or senior adult social care leader.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
