Job summary

Priory is recruiting a Registered Manager for Cleveland House in Banks, Southport. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of care, manage budgets and quality, and lead a compassionate team delivering person-centred support to residents with ABI and neurological needs.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with occasional on-call duties, offering a salary of £55,000–£60,000 and a supportive benefits package including a pension, PMI, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NMC or HCPC registration is essential.
• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is required or in progress.
• Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
• Experience working within neurological rehabilitation.
• Experience with tracheostomy management and long-term ventilation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop the team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
