Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Registered Home Manager for Cleveland House in Banks, Southport. The role offers £55,000–£60,000 per year, full-time (37.5 hours) with some on-call work, and reports to Senior Management and Leadership.

You will lead a team delivering high-quality residential care for residents with ABI and neurological needs. You will ensure compliance, budgets, and ongoing quality improvements, while promoting dignity and independence and coordinating with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You will be NMC or HCPC registered.
• You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it.
• Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
• Experience working within neurological rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
