Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Registered Home Manager for Cleveland House in Southport to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring outstanding care and strict regulatory compliance. You will manage budgets, quality and staffing, delivering person-centred care to residents with ABI and neurological needs.

You will be NMC or HCPC registered with Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working toward it). Leadership experience and ability to drive high performance are essential.

Qualifications

• NMC or HCPC registered is essential.
• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or working towards it.
• Experience supporting individuals with ABI and neurological rehab.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive and nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing and independence in all aspects of care.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
