Job summary

Healthcare Management Trust operates Norden House near Littlehampton, delivering dementia and complex care with MAGIC practice. This home offers a vibrant community where residents live with purpose and joy, led by an experienced Registered Home Manager.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure person-centred care, maintain quality and regulatory standards, and build trusted relationships with residents, families and professionals, helping the home grow sustainably.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within care, health and/or social care services.
• Experience managing regulated services and meeting CQC standards.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and practice.
• Experience maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Social Work qualification.
• Leadership or management qualification or equivalent experience.

You Will Bring

• Significant leadership experience within care, health and / or social care services
• Experience managing regulated services and meeting CQC standards
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, quality assurance and risk management

• Financial and commercial awareness and successful track record
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional dementia care

Essential Requirements

• Eligibility to register with the CQC as a Registered Manager
• Demonstrable experience leading regulated care services
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and practice
• Experience maintaining high quality and compliance standards
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Social Work qualification
• Leadership or management qualification or equivalent experience
