Job summary

Priory, a leading provider of mental health and adult social care in the UK, seeks a Registered Manager for Cleveland House in Banks, Southport. The role oversees budgets, quality and compliance, while inspiring a team to deliver outstanding residential support for residents with ABI and related conditions.

You will lead a compassionate team, drive person-centred care, and ensure safety and wellbeing while engaging stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• NMC or HCPC registered.
• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting ABI and neurological rehabilitation.
• Experience with tracheostomy management and long-term ventilation.

Responsibilities

Cleveland House£55,000 to £60,000Full Time - 37.5 hours plus some on call work

Cleveland House is located in Banks, Southport, in the west of Lancashire. It offers residential support for 32 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), progressive neurological condition (PNC) and associated physical health needs. We are located on a residential housing estate.

• Conditions such as epilepsy
• Difficulties with communication
• Difficulties with swallowing
• May need respiratory support through a ventilator and/or tracheostomy

As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

What you'll bring to the role

Essential for the role

• You will be NMC or HCPC registered
• You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it
• Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
• Experience working within neurological rehabilitation.
• Experience in tracheostomy management.
• Experience supporting people who require long-term ventilation.
