Priory Group in Lancashire is recruiting a Registered Home Manager to lead Bannister Farm, a home supporting five autistic adults. You will oversee daily operations, budgets, quality and regulatory compliance while inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

Applicants should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or be working towards it) and have experience in autism care.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership and people management experience in a residential care setting.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality care.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in health and social care.

• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
