Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a residential care provider to lead a 50-bed home in Epping, Essex.

The Registered Home Manager will take ownership of the service, lead the team and drive outcomes for residents and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy to shape care quality, regulatory compliance and service delivery, while developing people and improving occupancy and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a residential care service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or willingness to achieve it.
• Proven ability to lead a large team and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the 50-bed residential care home.
• Leading, mentoring and developing the staff team.
• Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice.
• Ensuring excellent standards of person-centred care.
• Managing budgets, occupancy and service performance.
• Driving quality improvement initiatives.
