Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Registered Home Manager to lead a 50-bed residential care home in Epping, Essex. The role offers up to £50,000 per annum with a salary review after successful registration.

The successful candidate will lead the home, drive quality, manage budgets and ensure exceptional resident outcomes, with autonomy to shape service delivery and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care leadership and management within a regulated setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or willingness to achieve it.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop a team to deliver outstanding care.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the 50-bed residential care home.
• Leading, mentoring and developing the staff team.
• Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice.
• Managing budgets, occupancy and service performance.
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and professionals.
