Job summary

Orchard Vale Trust in Wookey is seeking a dedicated Registered Home Manager to oversee our 17-bed residential home and ensure the highest standard of care for residents. You will lead the care team, develop personalised care plans (including dementia care), supervise medication administration, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment while managing resources within budget.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our 17 bed care home, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. This position will be well suited to a person who is looking to progress their career or enhance their existing management experience alongside a dedicated and supportive team who are devoted to person-centred care.

Duties

• Provide leadership and guidance to the care team in delivering quality care to residents
