Job summary

Compass Associates are partnering with a large national care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for a well-established elderly nursing, residential and dementia care home in Central Scotland.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing service, maintain high standards of care, manage occupancy and budgets, and work with an experienced regional team to support continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Registered Home Manager.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Experience with occupancy, budgets and KPIs.
• Solid knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards.
• Commercial mindset with focus on quality and resident outcomes.

Salary: £68,000 per annum | up to 20% Annual Bonus

Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Home Manager with a proven track record of leading successful elderly care services.

Requirements

• Previous Registered Home Manager experience within an elderly care setting
• Strong people leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing occupancy, budgets and operational KPIs
• Excellent understanding of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory compliance
• Commercial awareness with a strong focus on quality and resident outcomes
• Clinical qualification (RGN/RMN), although not essential
