Priory is seeking a CQC Registered Manager to take overall responsibility for The Old Vicarage Dewsbury, overseeing budgets, quality, compliance and the delivery of outstanding care.
You will lead a team to deliver person-centred care, support care plan implementation, and promote dignity and independence within a supportive community setting.

Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 / year
The Old Vicarage is located close to Dewsbury town. It offers residential support for seven adult males and females with a range of needs. This includes adults with a learning disability, individuals with mental health needs, and people on the autism spectrum.

As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.
