As a nurse, you will deliver high-quality care, administer medications, and develop care plans while adhering to NMC standards. We provide dedicated consultant support and clear communication from registration to every shift.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration with an active PIN.
• Experience in nursing homes, care homes, or private healthcare.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator training highly desirable.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt, prioritise, and remain calm in fast-paced clinical settings.
• Compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, high quality nursing care in line with NMC and clinical standards.
• Administering medication and closely monitoring patient health and wellbeing.
• Developing, reviewing, and implementing individualised care plans.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safeguarding and compliance policies.
• Providing compassionate support to patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
