Job summary

You’ll deliver safe nursing care, administer medications, develop personalised care plans, and maintain precise records, while staying compliant with safeguarding policies. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration with an active PIN.
• Experience in nursing homes, care homes, or private healthcare environments.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with NMC and clinical standards.
• Administer medication and monitor patient health and wellbeing.
• Develop, review and implement individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and safeguarding/compliance policies.
• Provide compassionate support to patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
