Job summary

Fusion 24 is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) in Leicester for flexible, temporary shifts across private healthcare settings. You will deliver high-quality care, administer medications, and help develop care plans while maintaining documentation and safeguarding standards.

Ideal candidates hold an active NMC PIN and have experience in nursing homes or private healthcare. Tracheostomy/ventilator training is a plus; reliability and adaptability are essential for success in fast-paced clinical

• Experience in nursing homes, care homes, or private healthcare environments.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator training highly desirable.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, high quality nursing care in line with NMC and clinical standards.
• Administering medication and closely monitoring patient health and wellbeing.

• Providing compassionate support to patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
