Fusion 24 Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse for flexible temporary shifts in Birmingham. Join a staffing partner delivering high-quality care across private homes, hospitals and rehabilitation facilities.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration with an active PIN.
• Experience in nursing homes, care homes, or private healthcare environments.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with NMC and clinical standards.
• Administer medication and monitor patient health and wellbeing.
• Develop, review and implement individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and safeguarding/compliance policies.
• Provide compassionate support to patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Current NMC registration with an active PIN
• Previous experience within nursing homes, care homes, or private healthcare environments
• Tracheostomy and ventilator training highly desirable
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt, prioritise, and remain calm in fast-paced clinical settings
• A compassionate, person-centred approach to care
• Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism at all times

Your role as a Registered Nurse with Fusion 24 may include:
