Job summary

Fusion 24 is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) for flexible temporary shifts in Leicester. You’ll deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care across private care settings, with support from a dedicated consultant and shifts tailored to your availability.

Applicants must hold an active NMC PIN and have experience in nursing homes or private healthcare. Tracheostomy/ventilator training is desirable; you should be reliable, adaptable, and able to work calmly in fast‑paced clinical

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration with an active PIN.
• Experience in nursing homes, care homes, or private healthcare environments.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator training highly desirable.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt, prioritise, and remain calm in fast-paced clinical settings.
• A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, high quality nursing care in line with NMC and clinical standards.
• Administering medication and closely monitoring patient health and wellbeing.
• Developing, reviewing, and implementing individualised care plans.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safeguarding and compliance policies.
• Providing compassionate support to patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Working across a variety of nursing homes and private healthcare services based on your preferences.
• Contributing positively to team environments and supporting colleagues when required.
