An opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Registered Nurse to work within Ward 2, Older Adult General Rehabilitation, Lightburn Hospital. The unit works directly and closely with all members of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT). The role requires a motivated individual with a strong desire to work to make a difference and deliver quality care in general rehabilitation for older adults. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC. Previous rehabilitation nursing experience would be desirable but not essential.
