Job summary

Yorkshire Community Care in the Tees Valley area is seeking dedicated Female Complex Care Nurses to join our compassionate team, delivering personalised care to clients in the community. This is a full-time role that offers meaningful daily contribution and professional growth.

You will provide care across home settings, including tracheostomy and ventilation support, with a focus on safety, empathy and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Valid nursing qualification and registration with the regulatory body (NMC).
  • Experience with Cerebral Palsy, PEG feeding, and seizure management desirable.
  • Confident supporting home ventilation and monitoring respiratory status.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for dedicated and experienced Female Complex Care Nurses to join our compassionate team at Yorkshire Community Care, supporting our clients.

This is a highly rewarding role where every day you will make a real difference, helping someone live life to the fullest while developing your own professional and personal skills.

Shift pattern :

7am - 7pm Monday - Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Responsibilities
  • · Deliver personalised, high-quality care and support tailored to the client’s individual needs.
  • · Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility and meal preparation.

Requirements
  • Valid nursing qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care.
  • Experience with Cerebral Palsy, PEG feeding, and seizure management is desirable (training can be provided).
  • Confident supporting home ventilation and monitoring respiratory status.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, positive, and empathetic personality.
  • Awareness of accessibility needs, including wheelchair-friendly routes, transport and venues.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider care team.
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour daytime shifts.
