Job summary

Claimont Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our community-based team, delivering high-quality care to clients with complex needs at home. You will work as an autonomous practitioner within your scope of practice, supported by a skilled team.

The role requires a car driver and willingness to travel, with 4 nights per week (12-hour shifts). Ideal candidates have at least 2 years' experience in acute complex care and be proficient in tracheostomy, PEG feeding, ventilation, suctioning,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in an acute environment within Complex Care.
• Undertake clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner within your scope.
• Must be a car driver and able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical duties autonomously within your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with staff to sign off complex care competencies (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, suctioning).

Our teams of extraordinary nurses allow us to deliver the best care possible at home. We are seeking a Registered Nurse based in the community to join our team and support clients who have complex health needs and require a high level of care and support at home.

This job requires a car driver and travel, as and when required.

We are looking for a Paediatric/adult trained nurse to join us on our journey to becoming the leading independent sector provider of flexible, responsive, and dynamic mental health and complex care services in the UK.

As a specialist in your field, you will undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner working within your professional scope of practice.

You will need at least 2 years' experience in an acute environment within Complex Care. You will need to have the following complex care skills and be able to work with staff to sign off the following competencies:

• Tracheostomy care
• Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
• Ventilation management
• Oral suctioning
• Bowel management
• Nebuliser (NEB)
• Medications

Hours Available:

x4 Nights per week (12 hour shifts)
