Job summary

Pin Point Healthcare in Redhill is seeking a Registered Complex Care Nurse to assess and oversee complex care packages, coordinating with clients, families and healthcare professionals. This is a part-time role offering flexibility and professional development.

The position requires current NMC registration and experience in complex care or community nursing, with the potential to progress to full-time as the service grows. Salary is £24,000 pro rata with 21 hours per week.

Complex Care Nurse

Location: Redhill, East Surrey

Salary: £24,000 per annum pro rata (£40,000 FTE)

Hours: Part Time - 21 hours per week, with the opportunity to progress to full time

Working Pattern: Ideally Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility available.

About the Role

As a Complex Care Nurse, you will play an important role in the assessment, mobilisation and ongoing oversight of complex care packages.

You will be involved in:

• Assessing and setting up new complex care packages
• Completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
• Providing clinical guidance to care teams
• Delivering training and competency assessments
• Completing clinical audits and quality checks
• Attending client reviews and monitoring standards
• Liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
• Supporting safe, high-quality and person-centred care

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to work independently, with:

• Current NMC registration
• Experience within complex care, community nursing or a similar environment
• Experience completing clinical assessments and care plans
• A good understanding of clinical governance and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and positive approach
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients, families and care teams

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is ideally required, with a preference for candidates living within approximately 45 minutes of Redhill.
