Job summary

SeeMeHired is seeking a compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our elderly care team in the UK. You will provide high-quality nursing care, develop personalised electronic care plans with families, and support the Home Manager in policies and governance to ensure excellent resident care.

Applicants must hold a valid NMC PIN, have elderly care experience, and demonstrate strong clinical, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

• 39 Hours per week
• 8am - 8pm. Day shifts available across Monday to Sunday
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
• Develop and implement personalised electronic care plans in collaboration with residents, families and the wider care team
• Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times
• Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required
• Contribute to the clinical governance within the care home
• Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times

• Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
