Job summary

SpaMedica in Worcester is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12 month maternity leave cover. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), four days out of six, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, across our Worcester Hospital cluster.

You will administer medications under NMC guidelines, support patient care through diagnostics and post-operative care, assist with stock control, maintain confidentiality, mentor colleagues and manage admissions and discharge on theatre days.

Qualifications

• Administer drugs in line with NMC guidelines.
• Provide general patient care including diagnostics and post-operative care.
• Assist with stock control and ensure items are available.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per Data Protection Act and GDPR.
• Provide support and mentorship to colleagues and new staff.
• Admission and discharge of theatre day patients.
