Job summary

Loveday & Co in Greater London is seeking Full Time Care Assistants urgently to join a luxury senior living team. You will provide direct care, support independence, and help residents with daily activities in a high-standard environment.

The role emphasizes dignity, personalised care, and collaboration with Nursing staff; training and reward packages including health plan, paid breaks, and bonus schemes are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to members by supporting and promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and overall well-being, in alignment with each member’s Personal Care Plan.
• Assisting Washing, Showering, Bathing and Dressing.
• Promoting continence and also assisting with toileting, mobility, food and fluid intake.
• Use of moving and handling equipment, wheelchairs and any specific mobility aid required by a member.
• Providing ongoing support for the members, their family and supporting the Nursing team.
