Esland is seeking a Registered Childrenield s Home Manager to lead a solo 6-18 bedroom home in Huddersfield, delivering high-quality care for children with complex needs. You will oversee safeguarding, staffing, and daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and a nurturing environment.
Applicants should hold Level 3 and preferably Level 5 Leadership and Management qualifications for Residential Childcare, with a minimum of two years in a relevant care role and supervisory experience.

Our Huddersfield home is a solo service, offering a smaller, safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.
