Dual Registered Manager
Service: Children's Residential Care
Location: Knaphill, Woking (GU21)
Salary: Up to £80,000 depending on experience + bonus (linked to Ofsted outcomes)
We're looking for a confident, experienced Registered Manager to lead two new 3-bed children's homes in Woking. The homes are within ten minutes of each other and are both dual registered to support young people with EBD needs using a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach.
These are the first homes being opened in the South by a provider with a strong reputation in the Midlands, where they already run 11 Good and Outstanding homes. Surrey have commissioned them directly based on years of positive outcomes, including safely returning children home and the goal is to replicate that same quality and culture here.
You'll be joining from the very start building your team (including two Deputies), setting the culture, and leading from the front. It's a great hands-on role where you'll be shaping how things are done day to day, with the support and autonomy to do it right.
You'll be backed by a Responsible Individual with 20+ years of experience who knows what it means to run a home and will give you the time, trust and tools to do it well.
This is a role with real scope, a chance to help shape a service from the ground up and be properly recognised for what you bring.
