Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager, who will hold the Registered Manager title, to inspire and lead our Care team, ensuring high-quality outcomes for young people while fostering a supportive and safe environment. You will manage 12 Ofsted-registered Children's Homes (with multiple house management on one site). All houses can access a wide range of facilities for learning and leisure across the main Prior’s Court site.

Please note: Due to our location, a holder of a full UK driving licence is preferred for this role.
As the Operations Manager (Registered Manager), you will play a central role in the leadership of our residential care services.
