Job summary

Job description

We're looking for a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two solo-placement complex needs homes in Poole, both rated Good by Ofsted. This role suits an experienced manager confident in overseeing more than one registration, with the leadership skills to maintain consistent, high-quality care for young people with complex needs across both homes.

• A strong Deputy Manager ready for the next step, or an experienced Registered Manager, with at least 2-3 years' experience in a senior management role within children's residential care
• A track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports - if applying as a Deputy Manager, please include reports from homes you contributed to under your Registered Manager
• Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) as a minimum, and hold or have started your Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Experience working within, or running, a children's residential home at a senior management level
• Willingness to be open and transparent about any safeguarding concerns, disciplinaries or failed fit person assessments
• Salary expectations in line with the advertised package and your level of experience
• Able to commute reliably to the home
