Job summary

The role requires a track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports, Level 3 in Childcare, and progression towards Level 5 Leadership and Management. Strong safeguarding, communication, and reliable commuting to the homes are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in children's residential care.
• Strong track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports.
• Level 3 Childcare qualification as a minimum and progress towards Level 5.
• Willingness to commute reliably to the two homes.
