Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a growing homecare service in Burnham. You will drive service quality, ensure regulatory compliance and support staff development while delivering compassionate, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.

The role involves building relationships with clients, families and local authorities, managing recruitment and guiding the branch through its growth phase. Local travel to Burnham area is required.

Qualifications

• Proven domiciliary care management experience in a leadership role.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership & Management (or working towards it).
• Hold a UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of coordinators, supervisors and carers.
• Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain Good/Outstanding ratings.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention of care staff.
• Develop care plans and monitor service quality.

£40,000-44,000 per annum + Bonus

Are you an experienced and passionate Domiciliary Care Manager or Homecare Manager ready to take the next step in your leadership career? We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and develop our high-quality home care service in Burnham, ensuring outstanding care delivery, full compliance, and a supportive working environment for both staff and clients.

The Role

As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and regulatory compliance of our home care service. This Homecare Manager position offers you the opportunity to shape and deliver compassionate, person-centred care that empowers people to live independently in their own homes. The branch is still in its early growth phase and will require a strong manager to grow and build the branch and team.

About You

• Proven domiciliary care experience in a management or senior leadership position.
• An NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management) or be working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in home care.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
• Be based / local to Croydon or Sutton boroughs of London.
• Hold a UK Driving License and have access to your own vehicle
• You’ll be a confident, hands-on domiciliary care manager who thrives on responsibility and leading by example.
